The Gym Group is one of the country’s leading gym providers and a key part of the company’s offer is that all of its gyms are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Giving customers flexibility but it places huge demands on facilities.
Rada created a bespoke service package to provide assurance that the products would always work as well as they did on the day they were installed and commissioned.
Ash Challen, Facilities Manager explains that we have bi-annual shutdowns for maintenance. This creates a short window of opportunity meaning speed and efficiency is vital. "Rada know their products better than anyone else and have shown they can deliver quickly and efficiently, giving us confidence that the showers would be safe, breakdown free, therefore providing a first class customer experience for Gym Group users"
Busy campsite puts customers first
Glanllyn Lakeside caravan and camping park located near Lake Bala in Snowdonia national park as a result is very popular with watersport enthusiasts and sailors, potentially each using the showers up to 3 times a day.
To cope with such heavy use the campsite chose Rada products to support the showering and the Rada team to provide maintenance of the systems.
Rada’s team visit the site on an annual basis to undertake routine maintenance, ensuring work can be completed in low season to keep disruptions to a minimum, as well as offering repairs and replacement parts when needed.
University of Nottingham

Mark Bonsall, Senior Engineer, explains that his team work hard behind the scenes to provide safe, warm bacteria free water to all their facilities so the students can focus on their training.
