It provides you with a full service offering to ensure the ongoing function, performance, reliability and safe operation of your facility. Meeting HTM 04-01 standards if appropriate.

In-Service Testing

Our testing service gives you proof of your professionalism and dedication to the safety of your customers. It provides written records to prove compliance with TMV3 and other standards if required. This service package is based on regular inspections and testing.

You can combine this service with Preventative Maintenance for enhanced temperature and data recording, with the frequency of visits based on your particular site requirements.

We offer commissioning service and Integrated Products and Service (ISP) across our full range of mechanical and digital products.

The commissioning service provides accurate product set up and confirms correct site and installation parameters for the safe operation of installed products. Just another service that’s designed to offer you complete peace of mind.

ISP gives customers the flexibility to decide where and when to spend budgets and the peace of mind of knowing that any new products are backed by the UK's largest team of manufacture led service team.

Responsive and Non-Contract Maintenance

Regardless of the age of the product, you can call on our dedicated team of Rada trained Service Technicians for advice, or to arrange a site visit on a pay per visit basis.

You also have the option to purchase additional valves, units and spare parts and sign up to any of our service packages.

Carried out in accordance with Manufacturer’s Installer a and any applicable (TMV2 & TMV3) recommendations.

Rada register the warranty

Period begins from the date of commissioning as opposed to purchase date.

A commissioning certificate

Issued by our Head Office following the site visit and reporting.

Installing applicable software

For devices for digital commissioning, if required.

Full product commissioning and set-up

Setting operational parameters. Including full produ and resolution of any product issues detected.

Annual or bi-annual visits

On a rolling 12 month contract.

Full product inspection, detection and correction

Maintenance and spare part replacement in line with manufacturer’s recommendations.

Interim product inspection

Including temperature and flow rate checks.

Product and site data recording

Includes details of work carried out on-site as well as any issues detected. You’ll receive the data log and information for archiving and compliance purposes.
