COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All entrants to this prize draw accept the following terms and conditions.
The promoter
The promoter is Kohler Mira Ltd, trading as Rada Controls, whose registered office is at Whaddon Works, Cromwell Road, Cheltenham, GL52 5EP
Timing and deadlines
The competition will run between 1/10/2018 and 31/12/2018 inclusive. All competition entries must be received by the closing date. All competition entries received after the closing date are automatically disqualified.
Eligibility
Only one entry is allowed per person/business. Multiple entries from the same entrant will not be included as part of the prize draws.
The competition is open to the owners/operators of camping, caravan and touring sites in the UK only (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over.
Entrants from businesses/individuals not meeting the criteria will not be included in the prize draw.
The promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the competition.
Employees of Kohler Mira and any third party agents employed by Kohler Mira and associated with this competition, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected to the promotion is not eligible to enter
Prizes
There is one prize of a £1,000 shower and service package. There will also be 3 individual prizes of a Rada S.PA panel. Four prizes in total.
There are three prizes of an S.PA shower panel. One winner will selected for each of the months of October, November and December 2018. The winner of the monthly shower panel will be selected from entrants during that month only. The winner of the October prize will be selected on 1 November 2018. The winner of the November prize will be selected on 1 December 2018. The winner of the December prize will be selected in January 2019.
Entry
In order to enter this competition entrants must either follow Rada controls on Twitter and Linked in and send a picture using the hashtag #Radacampsitecomp
Or
Entrants must email campingcomp@radacontrols.com with a picture of their site.
Selection of winners and award of prizes
All entrants will be assigned a unique number upon receipt of entry. The winners will be chosen via a random number generator.
The winner will be contacted via twitter or email. If they do not claim their prize within 14 days, another winner will be selected in their place.
A specification manager will then be in touch to discuss specific site requirements, products and services will be jointly agreed.
Prizes of S.PA shower panels will be ordered within 28 days of winner validation and address confirmation. We will not cover the cost of installation or commissioning.
Kohler Mira will aim to fulfill prizes promptly but cannot and does not guarantee delivery by a certain date.
Prizes are as specified and are non-transferable.
There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part. The specific prize on offer is subject to availability and Kohler Mira reserves the right to offer an alternative of similar specification and value.
Limitations of liability
Neither Kohler Mira, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion, assume any responsibility or liability for any injury or damage to entrants upon delivery and/or use of their prize.
Data use
By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used by Kohler Mira or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition. Data will be held in accordance with Kohler Mira’s privacy policy, which is available to read here.
Marketing and promotion
Entrants agree that photos submitted as part of competition entry can used by Kohler Mira for marketing purposes
By taking part in the promotion, entrants acknowledge that they may be required to take part in relevant publicity without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrant’s name and/or image, statements made by the entrants concerning the promotion and/or prizes obtained as part of the promotion.
